After retiring from TWA/AA with 27+years of which 10-years as the TWU Benefits Coordinator, Paul Mazzara founded the Retirement & Benefits Association to continue his support for all retirees, active members, families and their friends who need assistance with their benefits. His goal is to make the entire benefits, disability, and Medicare process easier for all RBAssociation members. Retirees are provided assistance from the day they make the decision to retire; this assistance includes an explanation of all retirement paperwork and available benefits including Medicare if eligible. Individuals with a disability and/or compensation injury are assisted throughout the entire process from filing claims to submitting LTD paperwork.
